Former NEVERMORE and current SANCTUARY singer Warrel Dane passed away, aged 48 in São Paulo, Brasil. The news of the singers passing was published on Facebook by Johnny Moraes, the guitarist in Dane’s solo band. No cause of death was yet announced, but we will update you as soon as an official statement is published. Dane’s legacy includes many iconic albums with both bands, as well as a solo album titled “Praises to the War Machine” in 2008. Dane was working on a second solo album in Brasil with a working title of “Shadow Work”.
