Former QUEENSRŸCHE singer Geoff Tate announced a world tour that kicks off in January, celebrating 30 years since the release of the highly acclaimed “Operation: Mindcrime”.  The singer will be joined by TILL DEATH DO US PART for the first leg of the tour in the UK during which he will perform the said album in its entirety. Tate will later tour with his new band OPERATION: MINDCRIME as a special guest for the famous Brazilian power metal act ANGRA during their run of Europe. You can see the entire list of dates below.

“Operation: Mindcrime” is the third studio release Tate recorded with his former band. The album is considered one of the best concept metal albums to date, and features the story of a young recovering drug addict Nikki who becomes indoctrinated into a revolutionary group lead by Dr. X. Tate was fired from Queensrÿche in 2012 and after a two-year legal dispute Tate gained exclusive rights to perform “Operation: Mindcrime” and its  2006 sequel “Operation: Mindrime 2” in their entirety, while the rest of his former bandmates got to keep the name.
