HELLOWEEN are set to embark on a reunion tour featuring former members Michael Kiske and Kai Hansen in celebration of 30 years of the release of their highly acclaimed double album “Keeper of the Seven Keys”. The tickets for this tour are selling out fast, as their shows in Monterrey, São Paulo, Stuttgart, Bochum, and Helsinki have already been sold out. You can see the rest of the tour dates at this link.
The interest is high for the band’s show in Sofia, Bulgaria, as the local promoter Bulgarian Live Music claims “considering the pace the tickets are selling at, we expect their concert to be sold out”. The concert is set to take place at the prestigious Arena Armeec on December 14th, 2017. This will be the band’s only show in Eastern Europe apart from the show in Bucharest, Romania the day later at the Romexpo. The promoter also revealed that the stage will be equipped with LED screens showcasing images from the band’s past.
As Kiske had previously confirmed, the band is going to release at least one new track in the lineup that sees himself and Hansen joining the lineup consisting of singer Andi Deris, guitarists Michael Weikath and Sascha Gerstner, bass player Markus Grosskopf and drummer Dani Löble. He went on to say that the shows are going to last close to three hours and that all three singers are going to be sharing vocal duties.
